Smylie One is looking for qualified professional residential service technicians who can perform a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks. From maintenance to repairing HVAC and related systems such as gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, steam and hot water boilers, air quality products, controls, and much more. The qualified candidate will be responsible to diagnose and repair residential equipment with little or no supervision in the field. The candidate must have their own primary tools, and be able complete invoices on tablets, and maintain company procedures and policies. The candidate must have a CFC Universal Certification, possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a drug screening test.

Smylie One is looking for qualified professional commercial service technicians who can perform a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks. From maintenance to repairing HVAC and related systems such as ventilation systems, rooftop units, steam and hot water boilers, VAV systems, compressors, motors and much more.
They will be responsible to diagnose and investigate service issues and have the ability to communicate to the customer the proper repairs needed on their equipment. We are seeking a candidate who is highly motivated, a self starter, must have a minimum of five years experience, along with excellent communication skills both oral and written. The candidate must have their own primary tools, and be able complete invoices on tablets, and maintain company procedures and policies. The candidate must have a CFC Universal Certification, possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a drug screening test.

Smylie One is looking for qualified professional residential and commercial service and installation plumbers. The qualified candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, installations and repairs of residential and commercial plumbing mechanisms. The candidate must be a self starter who can plan and implement all necessary steps for a professional installation, maintenance, repair and service of all plumbing related systems. They must be able to troubleshot system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures. We are seeking a professional who adheres to the highest standards of quality, while maintaining safety guidelines. The candidate must have at least 3 years or more of experience, along with excellent communication skills both oral and written. The candidate must have their own primary tools, and be able to complete invoices on tablets, and maintain company procedures and policies. The candidate must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a drug screening test.
